This is the 2019 Advanced Report for Nevada. An advanced report provides information on claims which have been officially closed, and claims which we believe may be forfeited in the near future. This information provides you with a significant advantage over people who are relying on public information. This is a printed report from our custom claims database which is double sided printed and bound. Nevada has an enormous amoutn of claims. Few large companies tend to hold large blocks (over 1,000 claims) and we often see large blocks of claims abandoned during a year. This report is also good for finding placers or lode claims for the small scale miner.
Each year we see about 12,000 claims forfeited in Nevada. This report provides the full claim information, including the current owner and the geographic feature the claim is located in or near. For example, the report provides a location for the claim such as Rattlesnake Gulch. This allows you to rapidly scan through the data and find the claims which interest you.
The report also provides information on whether anyone has filed a new location in the same area since the status date.
Caution!Even though a claim is officially forfeited it doesn't necessarily mean it is available
for new location. We provide a status on a specific date. Someone could have already filed on it. The report provides new filings relative to the geographic area only as of the date we produce the report but it still provides a good indicator of whether the claim would be available for new location.
